Cardiff University catholic chaplaincy has two buildings; 62 Park Place, is our main Chaplaincy for both resident and non-resident students. Newman Hall, slightly to the north, up Colum Road, is our 20 ensuite-bedroom hall of residence.

You can contact us by phone or email; if using the phone, please leave a voicemail as Fr Nicholas’ pastoral responsibilities mean that he is often not able to be at his desk.

Catholic Chaplain

Please be aware that the University Chaplaincy is separate to the Chaplaincy for the University Hospital of Wales. If you have an emergency end of life situation, you should contact the Hospital switchboard on 02920 747 747 and ask for the on-duty Catholic chaplain.

Tel: 029 2022 8738

Our bursar is only in the office on Mondays and handles invoices, Newman Hall rental matters and other financial queries
